Veronica M.T. Lattanzio - (ISPA-CNR, Bari, Italy). Researcher. She has experience in development of LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS methods for the determination of mycotoxins and relevant metabolites in foods and biological fluids.

Vincenzo Lippolis - (ISPA-CNR, Bari, Italy). Researcher. He is involved in several projects aimed to the development of conventional and rapid methods for mycotoxin determination in food.

Antonio F. Logrieco - (ISPA-CNR, Bari, Italy). Research leader. Specialist Scientist in epidemiology and taxonomy of mycotoxin producing fungi. 20+ years of experience identifying toxigenic Fusarium species.

Chris M. Maragos - (USDA-ARS-NCAUR, Peoria, IL, USA). Lead Scientist at the Bacterial Foodborne Pathogens and Mycology Research Unit. His research involves the development of new technologies and materials for the detection of mycotoxins in foods.

Claire V. Marchini - (R-biopharm Italia s.r.l.). She has experience of many years in wokring in the field of food diagnostic and rapid analysis for monitoring residues and contaminants in food and feed.

Michelangelo Pascale - (ISPA-CNR, Bari, Italy). Senior Scientist. Responsible of project “Innovative methods for food characterization and control of mycotoxins, toxigenic fungi and allergens” of the CNR Agro-Food Department. He has experience of many years in mycotoxins analysis.

Gordon S. Shephard - (PROMEC-MRC, Tygerberg, South Africa). Chief Specialist Scientist with broad experience in the analysis of mycotoxins. He has worked extensively on analytical methods to detect and quantify the fumonisins and their analogues.

Michele Solfrizzo - (ISPA-CNR, Bari, Italy). Senior Scientist. He has over 20+ years of experiences in the development and validation of new analytical methods for mycotoxin determination in agricultural products and their biomarkers of exposure in biological fluids.

Hans van Egmond - (RIKILT, Institute of Food Safety, Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands). Senior scientist. He has been involved for many years in research on natural toxins (mycotoxins, phycotoxins, plant toxins), and he is Editor-in-Chief of World Mycotoxin Journal.

Angelo Visconti - (ISPA-CNR, Bari, Italy). Director of ISPA-CNR. Over 30 year experience in mycotoxin analysis in various food matrices. At present, he is developing rapid analytical methods based on immunoassays for mycotoxin detection.

Nancy Zabe - (VICAM, a Waters Business, Milford, MA, USA). She has 20 years of experience in the analysis of mycotoxins with immunoaffinity chromatography as a clean up for HPLC or fluorometer. She has developed new rapid mycotoxin testing methods for aflatoxins, ochratoxin A and fumonisins.
